ENTREPRENEUR

What is it and can I even pronounce this word?

Who is an entrepreneur?

An entrepreneur is an individual who takes the risk to start their own business based on an original idea they have or a product they have created, while assuming most of the risks and receiving the rewards of the business.

A SOCIAL entrepreneur is, on the other hand, an individual who creates his/her own organization or business with a good cause - aim to help society, nature and those around him.

Why to be an entrepreneur?

There are many benefits to be one. Starting from the fact that it will give you freedom, you will do what you love every single day and on top of all benefit from all that. It will give you rich experience and allow you to grow as a person and professional, in the direction you decide.

Ofcourse, the road of every entrepreneur is full of milestones and is definitely not easy at times. But that is what brings the beauty: will you be proud to turn around one day and say “Well, I had a very ok-ish life. I worked every day from 8 to 18h., did barbeque on weekends and watched TV.” - The choice is yours.

How to be an entrepreneur?

Like mentioned above - it's not easy (but definitely worth it!). To become an entrepreneur there are few easy steps:

  1. Find what you want to do

  2. Identify your weak and strong parts, resources

  3. Set goals

  4. Follow them

  5. Achieve what you’ve deeply desired and feel very satisfied and complete. Voala!

Nevertheless, behind these 5 steps lay so many other layers, adventures, challenges and experience. In our program “EntrepRURAL Socially” we will go through many of the steps a true entrepreneur walks on, discover useful practical tools, inspiration and.. have fun. Ready? 🌟
